1. Vice President of Communications for Toastmasters International prison branch 2013-2022.
2. Founder / Facilitator of Rehabilitated Men Read book club. This book club helped men in prison find Rehabilitation through the transformative experience of reading and the healing power of words.
3. Hi-Set tutor.
4. College graduate: Bobby obtained his Associate of Science degree from Adams State University in 2020 and is currently seeking a Bachelor of Arts in sociology degree with 9 classes to complete.

6. Self-imposed schedule of writing daily which led to writing 16 books, 8 of which are published on Amazon.
7. Ghostwriter of several books.
8. Helped others draft their nonprofit organization.
9. Currently helps run the nonprofit organization Dear Mama that does charity work in St. Louis.
10. Currently teaches weekly writing and entrepreneurship workshops
